LONG-TERM CARE

Our interdisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, social workers, dietitians, and recreational therapists assist each of our residents to achieve their highest level of wellbeing. We are honored with this privilege and welcome our long-term residents into the Eden family.
RENAL MANAGEMENT
Coordinated care with nephrologists and dietitians provides quality care for the renal-impaired resident. Peritoneal dialysis is offered on-site by specially trained clinical staff.
RESPITE CARE
Peace of mind and restoration for primary caregivers in need of temporary support.
In-House Therapy (PT/OT/ST)
In-house team of caring and skilled professionals in physical, occupational, and speech therapy collaborate to create individual treatment plans for a swift recovery.
Pain & Medication Management
Our clinical team utilizes a multi-faceted approach to create a comfort plan of care. Clinicians utilize non-pharmacological techniques, including heat and cold therapy, sensory feedback, and positional interventions. Modalities including e-stim, physical therapy, licensed physiatry and pain specialists, local injections, and medication management are utilized in supplement to achieve maximal comfort.
